Park Reservations

The Pavilion and the Gazebo in Damascus Centennial Park may be reserved for nearly any special event you have in mind. A reservation form is linked below with the information we need to help make your event a success.

A few things to keep in mind:

  • Damascus Centennial Park is open to the public and cannot be completely closed. You may reserve the Pavilion or the Gazebo for your event, but the rest of the park is open and other parties or community events may be taking place simultaneously.
  • Park hours are from dawn to dusk. Special arrangements can be made for after dark when lighting might be an issue.
  • No alcoholic beverages or recreational drug use is permitted in the park.
  • No charcoal grills or other open flame cooking is permitted in the park. Electricity is available at the Pavilion and the Gazebo for crock pots, slow cookers, or similar electric cookers or warming devices. Please advise us if you require access to electrity.
  • Please leave the area as clean or cleaner than when you arrived. Place trash in the trash cans located throughout the park.
  • Agree to hold the park harmless for any risk and responsibility for personal injury from activities associated with your event.
  • If needed, Damascus Civic Club has rental items such as folding tables and chairs, hand wash stations, a sno-cone machine, a popcorn machine, and a bounce house for children 75 pounds and under. Please call or email if you are interested.
  • Please check the Park Calendar linked below to find available dates.
  • There is no charge to reserve the Pavilion or the Gazebo, however we would greatly appreciate your generous donation. Donations may be mailed to Damascus Civic Club, 20080 SE Hwy 212, Damascus, OR 97089, or you may click on the link below to donate through PayPal.
