Damascus Civic Club presents tea parties in the Community Meeting Room of the Centennial Fire Station, 20100 SE Hwy 212, in Damascus and at other locations in the community.
Afternoon tea is an elegant tradition dating back to the 1840’s, and includes savories, scones, and sweets served along with ample pots of delicious tea.
Tea parties are an opportunity to meet and get to know others from your community. There is no charge for these events, although donations are always welcome and appreciated.
To be certain we have ample tea and treats, reservations are required.
2026 Tea Party Schedule
April 18, 2026 – Hats and High Tea – 2PM to 4PM at the Centennial Fire Station Community Meeting Room, 20100 SE Hwy 212 (entrance at rear of building), Damascus, Oregon.
Guests are invited to wear a “fancy” hat if you have one, bring hats if you’re able, and enjoy trying on lovely hats at this fun “dress up” tea party. Our hostess, Lisa Mitchell, fashions hats as a hobby, and will bring many samples of her handiwork.
